“Say Something” Protocol • Read the article silently highlight or take notes. • When ready, take turns at your table “Say Something” about the article you thought was interesting, a new learning or perspective, something that resonated with your thinking or an Aha. NO ONE Comments. • Round Two: take turns and “Say Something”new or piggy back off what someone else has said. • Select one idea/quote from your discussion to share with the whole group.

Conduct a brief “Stand-Up Meeting” with someone from another table group and verbally exchange your ONE most important thing. 3. Conduct a second “Stand-Up Meeting” and share (word-for-word, to the extent possible) your now TWOmost important things . 4. Conduct yet a third “Stand-Up Meeting” and share now your FOUR most important things 5. Return to your tableand jot down key insights.
