Meet the Teacher

1. Meet the Teacher Hello my name is Natalie M. Rowles and I will be your child’s 4th grade teacher this year. I have a Masters Degree from Cleveland State University in curriculum and instruction and I am also a Nationally Board Certified Teacher. I have been teaching in the district for 14 years. I attended grades 4-6 grades here at Hale Road Elementary. I have one daughter who is 29 years old. I am also a “globe trotter” and have been to several countries and travel with students every year! I am looking forward to an exciting and productive year. We have a very rigorous program in 4th grade. That being said, my experience in teaching has made me committed to the importance of parental involvement in a student’s education. I firmly believe that your child receives the best education possible when you and I work as a team. I will be keeping in close touch with you all year long. You will receive my newsletters on Mondays and it will also be posted on our district website. On Fridays, I will send home graded papers. Please sign and return the (GPF) graded paper folder and return it on Monday. In order for your child to be successful in 4th grade, it is imperative that they master their facts. Please send in multiplication and division flash cards for home and school study. Please read my homework policy, grading policy and behavior plan.
