What do we do? • The NSW State International Friendship Team (SIFT) aims to provide every youth member with the opportunity of an international experience, each year. • Supporting sections to deliver this programme objective (policy of Scouts Australia).
What do we offer? • Issue International Letter of Introduction for registered members • Verify membership status of overseas visitors and assist with aspects of their visit. • Scout International Student Exchange Programme (SISEP). • Pen Friend programme – Y4 application form. • Directly support the development of Scouting in Vanuatu / Timor. • Promote overseas Scouting events, JOTA/JOTI and other international opportunities. • Promote international awards for members.
