  2. Tip #1 You should be about teaching students using computers ……. ……….not so much about teaching a subject .

  3. Tip #2 Don’t forget the 3 Es. You need to do the following with your students: • educate them • entertain them • enspire (sic) them .

  4. Tip #3 You can’t be the font of all knowledge …….. …nor have the knowledge of all fonts Windings, Ariel, Calibri, etc .

  5. Tip #4 Take criticism well………….. Don’t get BITTER………….. Just get BETTER .

  6. Tip #5 Take risks ……….. …….but have back up plans just in case .

  7. Tip #6 Think beyond the square…….. ….. and continue to extend your pedagogical practices .

  8. Tip #7 Avoid using PowerPoints ….. It’s old technology …….. ….and some effects are really annoying .

  9. Tip #8 Keep re-inventing yourself .
