2004 – 05 Initiatives • Design programs and events that better reflect HRLF values and member interest • Add 2 evening socials in September and June to create a 10-month calendar of events • Increase the number of “name” speakers • Create efficiencies by revising Board structure • Form an Executive Committee and operationalize by year end • Broaden role of Communications Committee to Marketing
