Update on Requests from AACs • FSAA—Performance Task online system, working with platform vendor • Reason Not Tested visible on test completion status, working with platform vendor to include information in completion report as well as on screen • Ability for either District 1 or District 2 to initiate Student Transfer • Improving turn around time for requests to reset a completed/submitted test • Ability to see “Last Update” with date and time displayed

Learner Characteristics Inventory (LCI) 2018- 2019 • TAC and 3rd Party Alignment Study results recommended the Department consider collecting student data to inform guidelines which will be used to support students moving along the continuum from Datafolio to Performance Task • LCI will be implemented for both the Performance Task and Datafolio programs • 11 questions related to classroom setting, communication, skills, attendance and engagement

Learner Characteristics Inventory (LCI) (continued) Performance Task Datafolio Teachers will complete survey for each student assessed in 2018-2019; required Survey will be completed in Assessment View System (AVS) Details about the survey provided in the AVS tutorials posted to the Portal • Teachers will be asked to complete the survey for each student assessed in Spring 2019; recommended but voluntary • Survey will be available as an online link hosted by PDS • Details about the survey will be communicated through the BEESS newsletter

Steps for Test Data Verification and Processing • Test data is exported from the online system • Data is received, processed and analyzed • Psychometrics applies scaling and performance levels • Data and performance levels verified by independent 3rd party and approved by the Department prior to publication • Data is used to populate the online and print reports • Production reports are QC’d and approved • Online reports and data files are published

Reporting Look Ahead • Schedule is expected to be similar to spring 2018 • Reports are scheduled to be posted online by June 7, 2019 • Paper reports will ship in July • *NEW* FSAA—Datafolio Individual Student Report (ISR) design • Separate Interpretation Guides for Performance Task and Datafolio
