  3. ¿QUE CONTEMPLAN LOS AEC? • CUERPO NORMATIVO • CUERPO DE SANCIONES • CONSEJO ESCOLAR DE CONVIVENCIA

  4. CUERPO NORMATIVO • ECONOMIA NORMATIVA REFIEREN A RELACIONES INTERPERSONALES DEBEN ESTAR LAS NORMAS INDISPENSABLES CUIDADO DE LO QUE PERTENECE A TOD@S CUIDADO DE SI MISMO

  5. CUERPO DE SANCIONES • DEBEN RESPETAR EL DERECHO A LA EDUCACIÓN OBLIGATORIA. • DEBEN SER EDUCATIVAS: PERMITIR AL ALUMN@ ESTABLECER UNA RELACIÓN ENTRE SUS ACCIONES Y LAS CONSECUENCIAS DE LAS MISMAS. • DEBEN RESPETAR EL CRITERIO DE GRADUALIDAD Y PROPORCIONALIDAD NO PERJUDICA GRAVEMENTE A LA INSTITUCIÓN O LA DIGNIDAD FALTASLEVES FALTASGRAVES LESIONAN LA SANA CONVIVENCIA, LA MORAL, LOS BIENES MATERIALES/PERSONALES

  6. CONSEJO ESCOLAR DE CONVIVENCIA • NO SON TRIBUNALES DE DISCIPLINA O APLICACIÓN DE SANCIONES • SON ORGANOS DE PARTICIPACIÓN DEMOCRÁTICA: POSIBILITAN EL DIALOGO- LA ESCUCHA Y EL INTERCAMBIO • LO CONFORMAN: DIRECTIVOS –DOCENTES- ALUMN@S (FAMILIA – PERSONAL DE APOYO DOCENTE)

  7. APORTES ENCUESTA DOCENTE vestimenta • Uso de pantalones y faldas debajo de la rodilla. • Uso de sandalias (no ojotas) • Permitir el uso de gorras excepto en actos escolares • No permitir el uso de pañuelos tapando el rostro • Control a cargo de preceptores

  8. Pertenencias escolares y personales • Uso de la netbook u otro elemento tecnológico con carácter didáctico • Uso de celular: • usarlo en el aula. • usarlo para escuchar música con autorización del docente. • Realizar actividades para recuperar la limpieza y orden • En horas de Ed. Plástica prestar más atención a la limpieza • Los alumno@s son los únicos responsables de sus pertenencias • Respeto de las pautas por parte de los docentes.

  9. Comportamiento • Seguimiento de alumn@s que no trabajen en clases a través de citación a los padres. • Respeto a todas las pautas de convivencia por parte de todos los actores intitucionales

  10. Inconductas graves: • Sanciones con amonestaciones • Abordaje de situaciones que generen instancias de violencia • Prohibir fumar a todos los actores institucionales en todo el predio escolar • Preparar talleres • No permitir uso de drogas legales
