Questions Parents Might Ask Take a moment to consider our discussion about the needs of the families that have joined our school community because of Katrina and Rita…Now, look at the list of questions you’ve been provided. • Are these questions you anticipate these families will want to have answered? • Are there other questions that need to be added to the list?

  5. Considerations • Current needs of the students’ families Immediate Long term • School-based and community-based resources available to these families • Those issues which have the highest priority; those items that have the least
