Faktagrunnlag • Status Bjarkøy: • Office 97 • Windows skoleløsning • Kontorsak 2000 • Profil på HIKT (kan ikke konverteres til nytt selskap) • Enterprice (HRM) fra Harstad • Har ikke NOTUS (turnus- og ressursstyringssystem) • Skolemodell avgjørende for omfang av løsninger • Annen sentralbordløsning enn Harstad • Status Harstad: • Office 2003 • Linux skoleløsning • Ephorte saks- og arkivsystem • Har Enterprise HRM • Notus og Notus portal • Profil og mobil profil

Drøfting • Sammenslåing av kommunene må innebære ETT system • Legger til grunn Harstads standard • Legger opp til optimalisering av: • Sak- og arkiv (full elektronisk arkiv) • Regnskap (full elektronisk arkiv) • Enhetlig forvaltning av Identer (FIM og FEIDE) • Telefoni (IP) • Optimalisering av sak- og arkiv er en forutsetning for fjernarbeidsplasser på Bjarkøy • Avstander til Bjarkøy krever bruk av nye moderne hjelpemidler som videotelefoni etc.

  4. Konklusjon/anbefaling • Sak- og arkiv: • Full elektronisk arkiv • Office 2010 • FIM/FEIDE etableres • Etablering av IP-telefoni • Etablering av videokonferansesystem • Viser ellers til ”Kostnadsoverslag kommunesammenslåing IKT”
