  2. Classroom Expectations • Respect yourself and others. • Follow all teacher and adult directions. • Come to class prepared, on-time and with all materials. • Ask questions!!! Let me know if you are struggling or need help • Participate and Learn!

Daily Class Procedures • The first half of the class period will be spent on organizational, learning, and behavioral strategies. • The second half of the class period will be spent using the strategies we are learning on other class homework. • Students that are struggling in Math or English will be sent up to the tutoring center the second half of class for extra help.

  4. Class Materials • Assignment Notebook • Binder • Highlighter • Notebook paper • Pen/Pencil • Other class materials • needed for homework

  5. Grade Scale 100 – 90% = A 80 – 89% = B 70 – 79% = C 60 – 69% = D 59% and below = F Grades are based on: • Daily assignment notebook use • Usage of resource time appropriately • Maintenance of organizational materials • Class participation (involvement & productive use of class time) • Class activities and portfolio assignments
