  2. What needs to be completed by the June 1st deadline? Application, including the information, in French, about your likes, dislikes, etc. The $350 early bird deposit A photo of the traveling student YOU DO NOT need to have the host family letter written. We will write those as a group to help with format and wording

  3. What to do over the summer Apply for a passport (Walgreens) Stock up on clothes that are on sale for the season! If you don’t have luggage that is smaller than 158 cm (height + length + width), search for sales! Work and save money! Brag that you get to go to France for spring break!

  4. Other information • Signing up after June 1st • Cancellation fees • Payment schedule • November 15 ($900) • January 10 (final payment) • Student Meetings • 1 before school ends with all travelers • About 15 after school next school year • When school schedule (start time/end time) is announced, the meeting dates will be decided
