Enrollment cont’d • Once approved to take a course by North Lake, North Lake will provide a Dual Credit Status Report to the student, which the learner will bring to his/her NTH@C counselor. • NTH@C counselor will then sign learner’s enrollment form approving the specific course(s) learner intends to enroll in at North Lake. • Learners must show proof of Meningitis Vaccination prior to enrollment in North Lake Classes.
Enrollment cont’d • Learner enrolls in the course(s) selecting the specific program, teacher and time he/she will take the course(s). • Learners bring verification of course enrollment to NTH@C counselor no later than the date determined by North Lake and the NTH@C, which will change semester to semester. • This process is also posted on the NTH@C website under the counseling dual credit tab. • http://www.coppellisd.com/Page/8907
