    7. Strengthening safety and security measures by integrating the divisions governing safety and security policies - Establishment of the State Safety Programme (SSP)

    8. Providing higher level of safety and efficient air navigation services - Transfer of regulators function to Aviation Safety Department (Aviation Safety and Security Planning Division) and clarify providers function, which reflects ICAO USOAP recommendations (18 Mar. 2011)
