  1. Community Prosecutor Case “CONVICTED” BANNED FROM ALL OF FULTON COUNTY SOUTH OF ATLANTA South Fulton Auto Theft . Leon Jones III was arrested 11/21/08/ at 4745 SR 138 Union City, Georgia. He was sentenced to 20 years to serve 2 years 6 months with the balance of 17 years 6 months probation by Judge Lovett of the Fulton County Superior Court. Assistant District Attorney Sonja Brown prosecuted the case. A non- negotiated plea was entered on 12/4/08. Leon Jones III 10
