Challenges/Strengths Challenges • Differentiation. • Support for large population of ELL and Special Needs students. • Rapidly growing population- class sizes are already at maximum limit and the projected enrollment numbers for Fall 2012 are not sustainable with current facility. • Possible “White Flight” Strengths • Differentiation- the educators do this very well. • Title 1 funds are used as effectively as possible. • School’s administration is very strategic concerning planning and school growth model.
Teaching and Student/ Parent Relationships • Addressing the needs of all students is the largest challenge. • Parent’s of the high performing students are the most vocal, involved, and concerned about the quality of their child’s education. • Extreme Differentiation!
