Clarify • sulky - bad-tempered, and resentful; refusing to be cooperative or cheerful. • savagely - viciously: in a vicious manner • beastly – very unpleasant, cruel and unrestrained • trippers - a person who goes on a pleasure trip or excursion • “sharps the word” – look alive, keep your eyes open, or brace yourself
