This a friendly reminder that the annual meeting will take place at the cul-de-sac in front of 3012 Oakley Pointe Terrace. Bring a lawn chair if you can! Discussion will include: Annual Treasurer Report Proposed Covenant Amendments Homeowner Maintenance Issues Annual Dues New OPHOA Officers for Sept 2011 through Aug 2012 fiscal year Your attendance is vital in discussing any issues and giving direction to the volunteer Board members who will serve our community for the next year. Remember: If you cannot attend, you must sign and return your Proxy (mailed to homeowners on Aug 16, 2011) in order to vote regarding the proposed Covenant amendments. Two Amendments to the Covenants are proposed: 1) That rental properties shall not exceed 15 percent (15%) of the total number of properties within the Association. 2) That the Association will mail two (2) notices of delinquency for non-payment of assessment. Full details of the proposed amendments will be handed out, discussed, and voted upon during the meeting.
