N. 4 DEL 03-03-2010 • Entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento della domanda per il rilascio della concessione il comune verifica se la documentazione essenziale richiesta è completa; • Entro i successivi 60 (90) giorni il comune si pronuncia sulla domanda, determinando contestualmente l’ammontare del contributo di concessione; • Stabilire eventuale termine per la presentazione della ulteriore documentazione; • Entro dieci giorni dalla presentazione della documentazione richiesta il comune provvede al rilascio della concessione.
