  3. What is A Serial Killer • What is a Serial killer? Well, I am glad you asked. A serial Killer is simply someone who carries out a series of murders on different individuals over a certain time period. A Serial Killer can be your next door neighbor, or even your teacher. According to Shanna Freeman (2011), there are at least three different possibilities that cause individuals to become Serial Killers. She included childhood abuse, and neglect, brain injuries, and also a mental Illness state. Being a Serial Killer means that you are willing to sacrifice everything you have just for a couple or maybe even a few victims.
