  2. The Get moving campaign • In this presentation I will be identifying all the different aspects of BMI including what the BMI is and how to calculate it. I will also touch on the energy source we know as a calorie and how it affects us. First question

There is a limit for each weight restrictions: • According to National institutes of Health the BMI can classify your weight in four different sections, if you are 18.5 or below you are underweight.
