The Get moving campaign • In this presentation I will be identifying all the different aspects of BMI including what the BMI is and how to calculate it. I will also touch on the energy source we know as a calorie and how it affects us. First question

Answer to question 3 • BMI stands for Body Mass Index. It is a way to calculate your overall body structure and health. There is a limit for each weight restrictions: • According to National institutes of Health the BMI can classify your weight in four different sections, if you are 18.5 or below you are underweight. Normal weight is situated between 18.5 and 24.9, overweight is 25 to 29.9. Finally if your BMI has been calculated at 30 or greater you are classed as obese. Answer to question 4 When we do different exercises, are bodies react differently to each of them. As we engage in exercise are heart rate increases as the heart tries to pump blood to the limbs e.g. legs and arm. Are blood(red blood cells) contain oxygen particles we need to keep going. As we use this up during respiration the heart has to work harder to get the blood around the body. Sprinting causes the most use of oxygen as you are running your fastest for a quick period.
