Goal • Find what works • Screen and select appropriate youth for the program • Choose treatments individual offenders will most likely respond to • Develop methods for tracking evidence based treatments • Provide data collection tools that educate staff on evidence based practices • Implement evidence based intervention tools by design and with integrity • Apply to additional populations
