P P P P P P P P Hillingdon Families Service - Organisation design Non-FIT Partner Services DV LBH Non-LBH Police YOT FIT has two main functions: 1 – Key worker activity (dark blue): Case assessment, decision making and plan delivery 2- Early Intervention/preventative activity (light blue): counselling services, intervention programmes (e.g. Triple P) and management of Family Centre spaces CAMHS Housing FIT Early intervention Substance misuse Central Parent Family Centres Adult Mental Health Health Visitor KiSS FIT Key Worker CwD TaMHs HNF GP’s/ Hospital IFS CiC Sorted ES TYST CDC CiN Priority for early engagement with prototype TP Link EWO CAB 16+ Reed Youth Centre & Services Asylum Children Centre** JC + Libraries Vol. Orgs PPS Beh. Support Schools EPs * Given other organisational reforms, it may sensible not to include this function at present ** School Based Children Centres *** Includes Family Support workers based in Family centres
