APE meeting 6/26/11. SULI students – will be working on the broad band IR spectrometer. Using class_II HeNe laser Will try to purchase a low power CO2 laser, attenuate to Class_I to calibrate at long wavelengths. STA annual updates Few changes, but please check your training list online.

APE meeting 6/26/11 • SULI students – will be working on the broad band IR spectrometer. • Using class_IIHeNe laser • Will try to purchase a low power CO2 laser, attenuate to Class_I to calibrate at long wavelengths. • STA annual updates • Few changes, but please check your training list online. • Need to go over position summaries • LCLS status: Cathode performance still quite poor (bad emittance – 2X normal). • Purchased UV lamps to try Ozone cleaning. • May build a cathode processing / test chamber • Resumes in for new Engineering Physicist hire
