  4. Background: OASIS’ Structure OASIS recognizes different user groups across the ICOP scheme: • General Public • Certified Suppliers • Certification Bodies • Accreditation Bodies • Auditor Authentication Bodies • IAQG Member Companies

  5. Background: OASIS’ Sections • Applications Section • Data Search (Public) Section General Public All user groups have access to the OASIS Data Search Section Application Sections differ depending on IAQG user group Certified Supplier Certification Body

  6. Public Section Change Summary View certification/authentication change history associated with Suppliers, NABs/CBs/AABs and Auditors

  7. Public Section My Watch List Create user-specific list of Suppliers, NABs/CBs/AABs and/or Auditors to monitor certification/authentication changes. Use that list to enable “My Email Notification” of changes.

  8. Public Section My Email Notification Receive notification of OASIS changes to supplier certifications based on your defined criteria.

  9. Public Section My Feedback Create, send and manage Feedback Requests to any AB, CB, IAQG Executive Leader, Strategy Stream Leader or Document Representative

  10. Public Section IAQG Member Companies View all organizations that are considered IAQG Member Companies

  11. Public Section National Aerospace Industry Associations View all NAIA OASIS participants

  12. Public Section National Accreditation Bodies View all CB Accreditation Bodies that are recognized by the respective IAQG sectors

  13. Public Section Certification Bodies View all National CB’s and the Families of Standards for which they are accredited.

  22. Supplier Applications Section Manage Data Access Manage external access to your organization’s certification and assessment details

  23. Supplier Applications Section Organization Email Notification Receive notification of OASIS changes to supplier certificates based on defined criteria. All users having access to this application will receive notifications.

  24. Supplier Applications Section Organization Watch List Create an organization list of suppliers to monitor certification changes. Use that list to enable “Organization Email Notification” of changes.

  25. Supplier Applications Section Supplier - Edit Note: The organizational contact is not necessarily the “Supplier OASIS Administrator.” Manage your organization and contact information that is visible in OASIS.

  28. Supplier Applications Section Users – Manage, Cont’d. Whoever has “Users – Manage” access is the Supplier’s “OASIS Administrator.” Caution should be exercised to minimize the number of individuals with “Users – Manage” access.
