  4. Subject Knowledge Enhancement – 2013/14 • Following a review of SKE and subsequent consultation, NCTL announced changes to the way SKE would be delivered during 2013/14. The key changes were: • Permitted length of SKE courses • Funding mechanism/allocations • Time period for SKE courses to take place • Source of SKE provision

  5. Questions • What else can NCTL do to support physics ITT recruitment? • To attract more applicants? • To ensure more places are filled? • How can the new SKE system be improved for the 2014/15 recruitment cycle?
