  2. Next Steps: Key Congressional Support • Goal: Include bill in Chairman’s Markup for Energy Bill • Outreach to: • Sen. Baucus, Sen. Grassley • Their energy tax staffs • Same on the House side • Rep Rangel, Rep McCrery

  3. Next Steps: Organizational Support • Key organizational endorsements needed. • Letters of endorsement: • NRECA, Governors, Ag groups, environmental groups, etc.would also be helpful.
