Other Policies Organizations Have Adjusted • Addressed problems caused by Reservists serving side by side with Federal employees doing the same work (some from the same office). Civilians received much better benefits than those activated for reserve duty • We continue to pay full salary • Added paid time off for family members of those called to combat zone duty • Already had added benefits in place • Provided life insurance coverage while employee is on military duty. • We have a military service policy. • Ensured compliance Page 4
