Assistantships • What do they cover • Tuition: • Tuition • Some include fees and health insurance • Stipend • Varies with duties. For lab instructors and RA at least $917/month for 18 hrs/wk. Graders $700/mo. • Responsabilities • Full assistantship is equivalent to 6 credits • One credit of assistantship equals to 3 hours per week. • Duration of granted assistanship • Teaching: 1 semester • Research: up to a year
