  3. 1. PROMPT ON TIME FOR WHAT? BE IN YOUR SEAT WHEN THE BELL RINGS TURN WORK IN ON TIME LATE WORK = 75% IF IT IS TURNED IN WITHIN 1 WEEK. AFTER 1 WEEK = 0%

  4. 2. POLITE ONE PERSON SPEAKS AT A TIME RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS RESPECTFUL OF PROPERTY NO EATING, NO GUM CHEWING NO STEALING (including student work)

  5. 3. PREPARED BRING SUPPLIES: PENS & PENCILS PAPER NOTEBOOK BOOK MARKERS OPTIONAL (but useful) MENTALLY PREPARED: PARTICIPATE FUN ACTIVITIES AREN'T FUN IF YOU DON'T JOIN IN.

  6. 4. PRODUCTIVE! Related to prompt and prepared: DON’T waste your time. Use your time productively. Humans do NOT multi-task effectively. Stay in the moment. You are here for biology – not for texting your friends or for doing HW for another class.

  7. THE BIGGEST RULE OF ALL COVERS MANY THINGS DON'T THE TEACHER

  8. LOTS OF THINGS BUG THE TEACHER! FARDING IN CLASS USING CELL PHONES, MP3 PLAYERS, OTHER ELECTRONICS CHANGING SEATS WITHOUT ASKING FIRST
