Issues • The schedule is very tight, there is almost no slack • Fine tuning with Cern schedule in progress • Almost everything will be contracted out (prod. drawings ??, proto types ??) • All components delivered like a box of building blocks • Where to assemble the module frames Nikhef<>Cern • Frame assembly and module installation not together • Module installation not in situ • QA, test and test equipment not all covered LHC-b OTR Schedule/Jan Spelt

Delivery related manpower needs • Module production by Wa and Hd covered • Module production Ni, 6.5 man, till the end of 2005 • El. design and production Ni, 3 man from ET plus 1 technician till the end of 2005. First half of 2006, installation peak, not yet estimated • El test setup not all covered, discussion ET • At least ½ man year software from CT • El. production Hd (GOL, Fiber and Otis) no clear information • Engineering Ni, 3 man until the end 2005 • MT Ni, 3 man for proto and various jobs till the end of 2005 LHC-b OTR Schedule/Jan Spelt
