What is the Cyberbullying?? ● Cyberbullying is the use of cell phones, instant messaging, e-mail, chat rooms or social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter to harass, threaten or intimidate someone. ● It has to be a child on both sides. If it is an adult, it is not considered cyberbullying and is called cyber-harassment or cyberstalking and is a very serious crime.
