En kort analys • Både budgeten och riktlinjerna ser olika ut i landet • De flesta enheterna som arbetar med frågan är kopplade till HSN eller handikappverksamheter • Några kommuner ger bidrag till handikapporganisationer även idrotts- och ungdomsorganisationer i samma budget • Landstinget i Östergötland har en överenskommelse om föreningsbidrag.

  3. Intressepolitiskt arbete: • Stockholms stads budget för år 2012 reserverades 1 miljon kronor för intressepolitiskt arbete. Medlen fördes genom tertialrapport 1 över till socialnämnden. Förvaltningen föreslog att medlen fördelas med utgångspunkt i intresseorganisationernas deltagande i funktionshinderråden.
