What’s included – software scope Transfer of SAP ERP HCM basic employee data to SuccessFactors Integration between SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors BizX to enable the transfer of employee and organizational data via SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration. It includes an initial transfer of all data and transfers of changed data records. Pay-for-performance integration between SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors Integration between SAP ERP HCM and SuccessFactors Business Execution (BizX) Suite to transfer relevant salary data from SAP ERP HCM to SuccessFactors and transfer changed salary data back to SAP ERP HCM. Transfer of SAP ERP HCM workforce analytics data to SuccessFactors Integration to extract reporting data for workforce analytics from SAP ERP HCM via SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration and preparation of the upload to SuccessFactors Business Execution Suite.
