  2. Sunday 12th June • Children to arrive at Providenciales Airport for 6am – promptly • Depart PLS 8.06am • Arrive Miami 9.45am • Depart Miami 11.34am • Arrive Boston 2.44pm • Depart Boston 7.50pm

  3. Itinerary – Monday 13th June • Arrive at Manchester International Airport 7am • Collect Minibus • Arrive at Astbury School 9am • Welcome from Astbury School (meet epals) • 12.00 – School lunch • 1.30-2.30 – Bureau de Change and Congleton visit • 3.30 – Children to be picked up by parents • Free evening with parents.

  4. Itinerary – Tuesday 14th June • 8.30 – Children arrive at Astbury School and travel on to Vernon Junior School (NE Cheshire) • 9.30 – Visit Vernon Junior School • 12.00 – Lunch at Vernon Junior School • 12.20 – Depart • 1.00 – Jodrell Bank Radio Telescope (Space Journey and tour) • 3.30 – Environment Club at Astbury School (talk from a conservationist) • 5.30 – Countryside Walk, Knutsford, Cheshire. Examine woodland, pond, hedge and grassland habitats • 7.00 – Pizza Express restaurant, Knutsford • 8.15 – Return to Astbury/Congleton.

Itinerary – Wednesday 15th June • 8.55 – Arrive at Astbury School • 9.30 – Astbury village study and tour of church • 12.00 – Lunch at Astbury School • 1.30 – Visit to Little Moreton Hall (Tudor hall) • 3.30 – Pick up by host parents from school • Evening – Sports Night and BBQ hosted by Astbury School

  6. Thursday 16th June • 8.30 – Arrive at Astbury School and depart for Manchester City Centre • 9.45 – Arrive at Manchester Museum of Science and Industry (Forces and Friction session) • 12.00 – Packed lunch • Possible visit to Manchester Museum to see Egyptology exhibition • Return to Astbury, pick up by host parents at 3.30 • Evening – Cinema Night, Warner Village, Newcastle Under Lyme (with epals) • Return to host families

  7. Friday 17th June • 8.55 – Arrive at Astbury School • 9.30 – Depart for Chester Zoo with epals • 10.30 – Tour of Zoo • 12.00 – Packed Lunch • 12.30 – Conservation teaching session • 1.30 – Return to Astbury School • 3.30 – Pick up by host parents • Evening – Ten Pin Bowling, AMF Superbowl, Macclesfield, Cheshire – with epals • Return to host families

  8. Saturday 18th June • Children to spend a ‘free’ day with their epals

  9. Sunday 19th June • Children to arrive at Astbury School for 6.45am • Travel to Manchester Airport for 8.00am • Depart MAN 10.00am Flight AA95 • Arrive PLS 8.00pm Flight AA625 • Parents to collect children from Providenciales International Airport.
