Learn, Earn, Legend! Year 12 Destinations Initiative Project commenced in September 2010 Aims to support all Indigenous Year 12 students to make a successful transition into a ‘learning or earning’ post school destination Based on a High Expectations Relationship – 100% Success
Learn, Earn, Legend! Year 12 Destinations Initiative Implementation Framework that supports Place based - locally driven effort Regional and State level Governance mechanisms All 7 DET regions have engaged an Indigenous Pathways Coordinator
Coordinate the provision of case management support for all students during Yr 12 and for up to 6 months post school Coordinate the assessment process and collection of intelligence associated with student profiling and destination mapping Broker and match students to meaningful employment and further study opportunities Facilitate a collaborative approach to this agenda at the regional level Learn, Earn, Legend!
