Our Plans • Organize an annual Postdoc Recruit Event • This year – September 12th & 13th • Maintain a dynamic website • Easy access to numerous support services • Portal for linking PIs with top postdoc candidates • Attend national scientific and clinical meetings to advertise postdoc research opportunities at OSU • Provide recruitment material to departments for use at meetings and events • Organize educational events for postdocs and faculty PIs • Grant writing • Career development • Alternative funding sources • Non-traditional career paths
