Navigation Enhancements The entire navigation button is selectable. Click anywhere on a button, tab, or menu item to navigate. You do not need to click directly on a word or words. New links to Order History and your Draft Carts have been added to the Home page left menu navigation.
Punchout Availability Notifications Note: the following screenshots are from a SciQuest test environment and do not reflect the M-marketsite pages you will see in version 4.3. You will see updated status icons and appropriate mouseover text. • Selecting a punchout that is Slow (yellow “warning” icon) or Unavailable (red X icon) will generate a popup that notifies you of the problem. • For Slow punchouts you will have the option to continue. • For Unavailable punchouts you will not be able to continue. Sigma-Aldrich punchout is currently Slow. Dell punchout is currently Unavailable. Anytime a punch-out site is running slow or is unavailable the Punchout Supplier Availability Notifications feature/functionality will be used to communicate to users that there is a problem with the punch-out site. Once the problem has be fixed the Punchout Supplier Availability Notifications will be removed.
Punchout Availability Notifications Punchout status icons also appear in “Browse by Supplier” and the “Supplier Info” popup. The same mouseover text will appear in each of these locations. As soon as you click on an available punchout, the system will display the “Connecting to punchout” page You may wait for the punchout or, if it is running slowly, use the CancelPunchout button to return to M-marketsite.
Save PO/PR Search Queries With Release 4.3 you will be able to save your standard searches in a Search Queries interface in Order History. After running a standard PO/PR Search, you will be presented with a “Save Queries” option that allows storage of the search filter criteria with a user-defined name and description.
Save PO/PR Search Queries (con’t) Once saved, you can access all queries from the PO/PR Search page by pressing the “Select Query” button. Selecting this button will display the “Select Queries” pop-up window from which you can load, run, or delete any saved query. Selecting “Load Query” will take you to the PO or PR Search screen, pre-loaded with all saved filter criteria. The “Run Query” option automatically runs a saved query. Multiple queries can be deleted at once using the provided select checkboxes and the “Delete” option. However, you cannot load or run multiple queries. Performing this action will result in an error message:
