  2. FELLOWSHIP ITALY TOUR OF OUR IRO ON 12TH 0ctober 2009 L R T 188 From Left :- Cr. Nicoletta, Cr.Elisbetta of LC 7 Vicenza, Cr.Roberta, Cr. Thao & Chairperson LLC 110 Cr. Niti Gupta extreme right Exchanging Pins. Our IPC & IRO Tr. Nitin Gupta added a golden feather in the cap of LRT 188 by going international Tr. Nitin on the ocassion of his 10th wedding anniversary went to Europe alongwith his wife Cr. Niti. They got an unforgettable opportunity to discover facets of international circling in Milano, Italy

  3. FELLOWSHIP at JAIPUR L R T 188 Some more of fellowship enjoyed at Jaipur. All 3 tables of Jaipur JPRT 171, JHRT 185 and JJRT 191 hosted a joint social for all visiting tablers. Presence of AVC Sanjay Porwal can be well felt in the above pic. AST Mohit giving Recognition to me for being appreciated at National level as best secretary for 1st qtr. At 2nd AEX at Jaipur. AST Mohit was in no mood to have veg food. He was constantly pelting at AVC and Tr. Alok for non-veggie food..

  4. Fellowship Time at Satluj Club…… L R T 188 It was fellowship time for LRT 188 again. All the tablers & circlers alongwith the twinklers gathered for a big feast at Satluj Club After all the hardwork done by the tablers & circlers during the RTI Week, it was time to enjoy some delicacies at the Satluj Club.

  5. Coffee Fellowship at Bakes n Beans L R T 188 All the tablers & circlers met at Bakes n Beans to enjoy some hot coffee during RTI WEEK celebrations. Some enjoyed cold coffees also.

  6. 21st Nov. – National Fellowship Day at AC Tr. Manish Kapoor’s Farm, New Delhi L R T 188 Chairman Typsy , Sudeept and Jaideep were present there to celebrate National Fellowship Day. The Volleyball matches tested the strength of tablers and everybody enjoyed till wee hours of the morning. VolleyBall match in progress at AC Tr. Manish Kapoor’s Farms.

  7. FELLOWSHIP MOVIE AT WAVES CINEMAS L R T 188 Tablers with their families enjoyed the Movie show at Waves Cinemas of “ Rocket Singh – Salesman of the year”

  8. Project Report Highlights…… Bhoomi – Poojan of a new school at Jaipur L R T 188 Bhoomi – Poojan was done for a new school at a village at Jaipur in the presence of Ac Tr. Manish Kapoor. Chairman Typsy and myself were present on the occasion.

  9. Distribution of Blankets - part of RTI Week L R T 188 The 1st Day of RTI week commenced with a perfect project of distributing blankets to the poor & needy in the slums & streets of Ludhiana. The winter s had just made their way in Ludhiana and blankets served like much needed item for the slum dwellers. Initially we had planned to purchase these blankets but Chairman Typsy was able to get them sponsored free of cost. No. of beneficiaries = 20 Total project cost = nil

Project Report contd… Distribution of Blankets in slums of Ludhiana L R T 188 It was a blessing in disguise for the poor & needy people residing in the slums and streets of ludhiana to receive warm blankets with the onset of winters. 6 Tablers were present for the distribution of blankets :- Chairman Typsy, Secretary Sudeept, Varun, Manu , Naren and Jaideep.

  11. Project Report contd…. Distribution of Socks & Blankets at NishkaamSewa Ashram L R T 188 Chairman Typsy, VC Vicky Gogia, Amit and Sudeept were present for the distribution of blankets & socks. The blankets and socks were all sponsored and no cost was incurred. No. of beneficiaries = 35 Total Project cost = nil

  12. Day 05 – RTI WEEK - 13th Nov. – TaareZameenPe L R T 188

  13. Project Report contd… 13th Nov. – TaareZameenPe - 2 L R T 188 It was time for Taare Zameen Pe – 2 . LRT 188 in joint accordance with LLC 110 celebrated TZP with full fervour and joy at Ashirwad School – A school for differently abled children.

  14. Project Report contd… 14th Nov. – Children’s Day Celebrations L R T 188 Tw. Riya– extreme left alongwith children of Anand Marg Ashram Cr. Niti, Shivani and Cr. Charu were present alongwith the children of Anand Marg Ashram and our twinklers to witness the colours and joy in the lives of these under-priviliged children Various sweets, candies and refreshments were given to the children of Anand Marg Ashram. These children were overwhelmed with joy to receive such a special gesture from the outside world.

  16. Project Report contd… –Free Dental Check-up Camp L R T 188 A free Dental Check- up Camp was organised at kiddies Paradise School. Dr. Harleen alongwith another doctor from DMC conducted the dental check up of the children of kiddies Paradise School

  17. Project Report contd… – Distribution of Pullovers at Navkiran School L R T 188 Pullovers were distributed to the children of Navkiran School jointly in accordance with LLC 110. Navkiran School is a small school catering to the children of rickshaw pullers, house keepers, daily bread earners etc. The school is being run in a small dairy.

  18. FUND RAISING REPORT – CASINO NITE on 3rd oct.… L R T 188 It was fund raising time in LRT 188 now. All the tablers & circlers invited their guests for one of the most happening Casino Nite of the city of Ludhiana. It was a joint event of both the tables of Ludhiana – LRT 188 and LIRT 202. The presence of Area Chairman Tr. Manish Kappor and Tr. Ritesh from DMRT 43 was a big feather in the cap on the occasion.

  21. PUBLICITY REPORT - 10th Nov.- National Publicity Day MOBILE PUBLICITY in Ludhiana L R T 188 It was National Publicity Day on 10th Nov. Tr. Jatin came up with a superb idea of generating Publicity in the city of Ludhiana by putting up 2 big size RTI Banners on the either side of a Tempo Van. The van itself was made available by Tr. Jatin for this cause. The van was mobilised throughout the city of Ludhiana especially in the busiest markets like Sarabha Nagar, Ghumar Mandi, Mall Road and also in Prime locations in Industrial Areas of the city. People of Ludhiana were really made to know of RTI and its activities. With students of Kiddies Paradise School, our efforts of publicising RTI received a major thrust.

  22. Publicity Report Contd… Mobile Publicity in Ludhiana L R T 188 Chairman Typsy, Jatin, Anand, Puneet, Rishi and Sudeept were there on the 2nd day inside the van and mobilising through some of the most busy areas of the city of Ludhiana.

Publicity Report - Joint Forum of NGO’s with Deputy Commissioner of Ludhiana L R T 188 It was again a CHIN-UP time for LRT & LLC as Deputy Comissioner of Ludhiana Sri Vikas Garg gave us some time to acknowledge the efforts of RTI & LCI . DC was really impressed hearing upon the achievements of RTI as a whole and wished us good for more events in Ludhiana. The occasion was a Joint Frum of all NGO’s in ludhiana catering to the needs of under-priviliged children at Guru Nanak Bhawan LLC Chairperson Cr. Niti & Cr. Shivani were a key in generating publicity for RTI & LCI at this event
