Promoting the PAWSitive If a mistake or error in judgment occurs, we make every effort to redirect with respect so that he/she can learn from the experience. The following process may occur, depending upon the level of infraction: 1. Reminder of Expectation 2. Describe Expected Behavior 3. Debrief/ReteachExpectation(s) 4. Problem-Solving Sheet or Home Contact, as appropriate 5. Referral to Office
