JOINT REGION MARIANAS CAMPAIGN PLAN To provide executive level installation management support to all Department of Defense components and tenants through assigned regional installations on Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands in support of training in the Marianas; to act as the interface between the Navy and the civilian community; to ensure compliance with all environmental laws and regulations, safety procedures, and equal opportunity policy; and perform other functions and tasks as may be assigned. SRATEGIC GUIDANCE • United States Pacific Command: Theater Campaign Plan • Together with other government agencies, protect and defend the U.S., its territories, allies and interests • Alongside allies and partners, Promote regional security and deter aggression • BPT respond to the full spectrum of military contingencies to restore Asia-Pacific security CAMPAIGN OBJECTIVES • Pacific Fleet • To protect and defend the United States • Promote regional maritime security and deter aggression • BPT respond to the full spectrum of maritime military contingencies to restore Asia-Pacific security • U.S. Defense Representative Guam, CNMI, FSM and Palau • Assist and synchronize service component objectives for our AOR in support of theater campaign plan • Facilitate and promote engagements building partnerships and strengthen civil authority capacity • Promote and coordinate preparedness, readiness, HA/DR, interoperability and technical assistance • Commander Naval Installations • Shore integrator to sustain the Fleet, enable the Fighter, and support the Family through delivery of shore based products and services • DoS Mission Strategic Resource Plan • Promote effective macroeconomic development & environmental policies • Achieve peace and security • Public diplomacy • Strengthen diplomatic and program capabilities
