Billy Fezuk Apollo 3/15/12 2 nd period. Apollo. Apollo is a Greek god. He is a god of a lot of things. He was the god of music, prophesy, medicine, archery (though not hunting), poetry, dance, intellectual inquiry, and takes care of flocks and herds.

Apollo • Apollo is a Greek god. • He is a god of a lot of things. • He was the god of music, prophesy, medicine, archery (though not hunting), poetry, dance, intellectual inquiry, and takes care of flocks and herds. • Also he was considered the god of light, plagues and the god of religious healing.
Apollo parent were of Zeus and Titan. • Apollo is the twin brother of Artemis. • He was handsome, clean-shaven, athletic and young.
The father gave Apollo bows and arrows, as gifts. • Apollo’s skill and determination were evident at a very young age. • When he was only 4 days old, he took his bow and arrow and went out in search of the snake that had tormented his mother during her pregnancy.
