  3. Step #2 • Graduate high school

  4. Step #3 • Go to NC State to get my business degree

  5. step #4 • Get good grades and study hard for 4 years

  6. Step #5senior year of college • Apply to several culinary schools

  7. Step #6senior year of college • Graduate with my business degree

  8. Step #7 • Attend the Culinary Institute of America (CIA)

  9. Step #8 • Work hard for 21 months at CIA

  10. Step #9 • Graduate CIA with an associate’s degree in culinary arts

  11. Step #10 • Apply for several restaurant jobs

  12. Step #11 • Get a job in culinary arts

  13. Step #12 • Start as a food prep of wherever I’m needed in the restaurant

  14. Step #13 • Advance to a line cook

  15. Step #14 • Move up to a Su Chef

  16. Step #15 • Become an Executive Chef and stay with the career
