This update provides information on the setback caused by Hurricane Ike, the resumption of the taskforce meetings, approved notes, SLA for MarkeTrak, technical review of Release 3, and discussion items.

  1. MarkeTrak Phase II Task Force Update to RMS October 15, 2008

  2. MarkeTrak Phase II - Release 3 Setback – Hurricane IKE • Taskforce meetings on September 11th and 25th were cancelled. Recovery – We will succeed • Taskforce resumed on Thursday, October 9th

  3. October 9th - MT Taskforce Meeting • Accomplishments: • Approved notes from our last meeting held on August 21st • SLA for MarkeTrak – presented the recommendation from TDTWG to the Taskforce. Everyone agreed to the SLA language. • Updated calendar for MarkeTrak schedule of activities and events. Added meetings for October 23rd, 30th and for November 6th • Technical Review of Release 3 changes was presented by ERCOT. • Review of current User Guide sections for updates from release 2 and new changes for release 3

  4. October 9th - MT Taskforce Meeting • Discussion Items: • DEV LSE-  We would like everyone to take back to their companies the idea of removing all SCR 727 fields from DEV LSE issues. This would reduce the amount of invalid issues from those MPs that have not utilized this extract.  Market Participants stated they still needed the Add Time as part of the issue. ERCOT will take the suggestions back for review. • MarkeTrak Escalation contacts - All MarkeTrak Admin’s should review and update all escalation contacts with correct DUNS and email address.

MarkeTrak – Release 3 • Mark your calendar – key dates • Release 3 – migrated to Cert Environment – Sandbox available Monday, October 13th. • UAT Testing - October 13 • MarkeTrak Taskforce meetings – Oct. 23rd, 30th and Nov. 6th • MarkeTrak Training Workshop – November 21 • Incorporates Release 3 changes in the training • Certification Testing – December 1 - December 5th • Migrate to Production – December 13th
