    7. I plan to spend about 5 minutes showing them how they load the software, 10 minutes going over how the software is used. I plan to go through all the blanks to tell them what needs to go where and what fields are more important than others. I will show them the printing features here also. The heart of the program will be to go through 4 examples at 10 minutes each. With each example if will first give them the information a typical engineer might give them over the phone and then work up a example for each. These for examples will show each of the four systems shown at the beginning of the sizing program. The last 5 minutes will be spent talking about how they, the salespeople, can use this. I will talk about how they can give this to a “special engineer” at no cost instead of the typical $150 price. Secondly they can use the program to pull people in for a seminar or lunch and learn. Also they can follow up a seminar buy calling people to say they have a few left over and the salesperson can stop in to drop it off. I will also highlight the other items on the CD. With this slide the program will continue by using the PC to show the actual program. Hand outs will include these 3 slides along with the 4 printouts (reports) from the example applications.
