SITREP • Report turned in monthly prior to the In-Progress Review (IPR) and written according to Army standards • Contract requires that 90% of States/Territories/District submit SITREPS on time • Contractor will contact States to submit SITREP and elevate through existing chain of command to ensure timeliness of reporting
SITREP • What’s included in the SITREP? • Soldier contacts • Cases opened for the month • Cases closed for the month • Percent of REFRADS • Records prepared for pre-mobilization • IDES packets sent to HSS • Scope of Work Issues

Electronic Database Systems • All active cases, referrals, and profiles are entered into the appropriate government electronic system • Contract requires that 95% of all contract employees have appropriate access to all electronic systems, and are actively using them • Contractor will evaluate entry discrepancies and omissions and provide continuing education/training as warranted

Data Analysis • In eCase • Total number of users • Total number of Contract users • Total active cases • Total closed cases • Total active cases assigned • In SITREP • Total Soldier contacts or “touches” • Total records “touched”
Data Analysis • How the data is interpreted • Percentage of all eCase Users that are Contractors • Ratio of Users/Cases • Ratio of Soldiers/Soldier Issues • Daily contacts vs. cases created • Whatever else the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Chief Surgeon’s Office (CSG) needs
Data Analysis • Data collection is required from both a State and National perspective • Each data point is valued in some way • The data you collect makes a positive effect on medical readiness
