  4. VISION INSTITUCIONAL C.P.S Ser la institución pionera en la calidad de atención de servicios integrales de salud a través de aplicación del modelo SAFCI, Medicina tradicional, Gestión de calidad y acreditación contribuyendo al vivir bien.

  5. MISION INSTITUCIONAL C.P.S Otorgar a la población protegida servicios integrales de salud eficientes, con innovación , respetando los principios de la seguridad social , universalidad, integralidad, equidad, solidaridad, unidad de gestión, economía , oportunidad, interculturalidad y eficacia.

  6. INFRAESTRUCTURA Contamos con un inmueble propio que actualmente esta en construcción que se prevee se entregara en la gestión 2013 siendo que en la actualidad estamos trabajando en ambientes en alquiler ubicado en calle Chayanta Nº 763 el cual cuenta con 18 ambientes.
