  8. uroMIR2012 Conclusiones • La cirugía abierta es una técnica que arroja muy buenos resultados, superiores incluso a otras técnicas endoscópicas. • Las técnicas laparoscópicas y robóticas requieren mayor entrenamiento y tiempo operatorio, si bien parecen mejorar los sangradosintraoperatorios y la estancia.
