  2. 二 Where Did I Go Right? • This Year’s Class Averages: • 73% • 73% • 70% • 76% • 70% • Last Year’s Average: • 71% • 60% • 62% • 54% • 60% Note: 1st period was an advanced class last year.

  3. 三 Where Did I Go Wrong? Questions 26, 27, 32, 50, 52 were all missed by more than half of my students.

  4. 四 Complete+ Sentences Get out a sheet of paper and write down the following question: Who is the tallest person that lives in your house?

  5. 四 Complete+ Sentences Who is the tallest person that lives in your house? If I gave you this question on a quiz, you could come up with answer easily. From now on, there is a difference between an answer and an acceptable answer.

  6. 四 Complete+ Sentences Who is the tallest person that lives in your house? A complete+ sentence: never uses unknown pronouns (it, she, he, I) and steals almost every word from the question so that you can easily figure out what question was being asked.
