  7. Today (Repeat of yesterday): • Scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon, • Highs in the lower 90s, • Chance of rain 50 percent. Recovery Forecast Pattern should hold through early next week.

Emergency Services • Current Issues – • DCHAT teams are reporting back to local incident command • DMAT teams are rotating out with staging teams • Continuing to rotate response personnel • Unmet Needs – • None at this time • Future Operations – • Transition to long term recovery functions Up next – Human Services

Human Services • Current Operations – • The DFO will open today in Orlando at 100 Sunport Lane, just south of I-4 off Orange Blossom Trail • Demand for Water, ice and MREs remains high in the hardest hit counties but as power comes on in th outlying • The fourth DRC located in Lakewales opens today • All of the TSA comfort stations on hand have been setup. but there is still a large demand. Additional units have been ordered through FEMA • Unmet Needs– • Ice, food and water have been in short supply which should be corrected today with large shipments arriving at the LSAs • As if to emphasize this point, a TSA Comfort Station water buffalo was stolen at gunpoint yesterday • There is still a large demand for Comfort Stations with shower units. Additional units have been ordered through FEMA • Future Operations – • Continue to Evaluate the need for additional DRCs Up next – Infrastructure

Infrastructure • Current Operations – • 438,800 customers without electric service • Fuel support to county operations (diesel, gas and LP) • 58,857 wireline POTs customers are out of service (4%) • 142,836 cellular customers are out of service (5.5%) • Radio, satellite, cell and POTs telecom requests coordinated • Supporting Charlotte County EOC and Base Camp mission • Traffic control system restoration (signs, lights, etc.) • Some heavy equipment (cranes, dozers, etc.) • Unmet Needs– • Monitoring fuel delivery resources • Future Operations– • Continue to support fuel and telecom requests • Continue to monitor transportation, electrical, telecom, potable and waste water system restoration Up next – Military Support

Military Support • Current Operations – • 4,069 personnel on State Active Duty • RIAT and GSTs continue to support recon and assemement operations in Osceola and Seminole Counties • Over 1000 soldiers supporting security/traffic control and law enforcement operations • LSAs continue support operations in Lakeland, Charlotte County and Hardee County • CH-47 helicopters conduct airlift support from LSA 1 (Lakeland) to LSA 2 (Charlotte County Airport) • Unmet needs – • None at this time • Future Operations – • Continue to provide security, humanitarian relief and logistical support operations Up next – Logistics
