  2. KAVRAM • Kambiyo senetleri, poliçe, bono ve çekten oluşur. • Ticari hayatta yaygın şekilde kullanılan borç senetleridir (ticari senetler). • Kambiyo senetleri, para yerine geçer ve genel kabul gören (kamu itimadına mazhar) senetlerdir.

KAMBİYO SENETLERİNİN ORTAK ÖZELLİKLERİ • Kambiyo senetleri, para alacağını temsil ederler. • Kambiyo senetleri, kanunen emre yazılı senetlerdir. • Kambiyo senetleri, ibraz senetleridir. • Kambiyo senetleri, tedavül senetleridir. • Kambiyo senetleri, para yerine geçen ve genel kabul gören senetlerdir

  5. Kambiyo Senetlerinin Karşılaştırılması

CİRO • Ciro, emre yazılı senetlerin devrinde kullanılan çifte yetki veren bir havale işlemidir. • Ciro ile ciranta, borçluyu senet hamiline ödeme yapılması, hamili de alacağı tahsil hususunda yetkilendirmiş olur. • Hamiline yazılı senetlerde ciro yapılması, senedin şeklini etkilemez; cirantanın hamile karşı sorumluluğuna neden olur. • Ciro, senedin arka yüzüne veya senede eklenen alonj’a yapılır.

  7. CİRONUN ŞEKLİ • Ciro iki ayrı şekilde yapılabilir: • Tam ciro • Beyaz ciro

  8. CİRONUN FONKSİYONLARI • Cironun üç (3T) fonksiyonu vardır: • Temlik • Teşhis • Teminat

  9. CİRO TÜRLERİ (TRT) • Temlik cirosu • Rehin cirosu • Tahsil cirosu
